The 4th annual BRS Museum Home Run 50/50 Contest is ready for play. A $10 entry fee allows you the opportunity to see if you can select the best assortment of major leaguers in 2012. Those entrants with the most points -- determined by home runs hit by the selected big leaguers -- can win monthly and season-long prizes.
The scoring system has stayed the same as 2011. The one player selected in Tier 1 receives 3 points per home run; each of the two players chosen in Tier 2 receive 2 points per homer; and the remaining players chosen reach receive 1 point per homer. All other rules are the same as in 2011.
The contest is open to Illinois residents age 18 and older. Good luck! First update will be in early May.
